June 28, 2009 Talley Day Park Wilmington, DE The Delaware Anime Society (DAS) holds an annual Cosplay Picnic in the early summer for members and local cosplayers. There is a Cosplay Contest, good food, and friends. Games are played such as Capture the Flag, Tug of War, Limbo, and festivities are finished off with a smashing of a pinata. Everyone brings a little food to share. So this year there was plenty of hotdogs and lots of desserts. We even did a bit of kite flying!
